This important Notice is given pursuant to order of Judge William Downing (Ret.) as Arbitrator in a dispute involving Joe D’Amico, Fort Discovery, Inc., Security Services Northwest, Inc., and their former landlord. It is the recent relocation of those companies that makes this Notice necessary.

Please be advised that the “Rally Point” as depicted by GPS coordinators engraved on Fort Discovery firearms, medallions and other goods, and promoted and discussed in print materials and on the Fort Discovery website and other social media, does not exist.

Take notice that, without express permission from the actual property owner, no one is authorized to enter or assemble on the property represented by those coordinates. To do so would constitute an unlawful trespass.
